NJUPT Students Win Gold Medal at 2026 ICPC National Invitational Contest

  On April 11, the 2026 ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest National Invitational (Shenzhen) concluded at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The team composed of WANG Puli, ZHAO Yuqi, and WEI Hongfei, all 2024 undergraduate students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT), won a Gold Medal and the Fastest Problem Solving Award (Problem M). Another team consisting of CUI Chenxi and JIN Yuxuan, 2023 undergraduates, along with TAO Gutao, a 2025 undergraduate, captured a Silver Medal.

 The International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), often dubbed the Olympics of the computing world, is the world's largest, highest-level, and most prestigious international computer science competition. The contest aims to comprehensively showcase university students' innovative abilities, team spirit, mental toughness, and capacity to analyze and solve problems using computers under pressure, providing a stage for participants to fully express themselves, demonstrate their talents, and push their limits. A total of 326 teams from 202 universities and institutions nationwide participated in the on-site ICPC National Invitational Contest.
