On March 29, the RoboMaster 2026 University League (Jiangsu Station) concluded in Jiangyin, Wuxi. The Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT) Potential team took the third place, achieving NJUPT's best-ever result in this competition.

NJUPT Wins Third Place in RoboMaster 2026 University League
The RoboMaster University League (RMUL) is an integral part of the National University Robot Competition, focusing on assessing students' ability to apply science and engineering knowledge in practical engineering contexts. The 2026 season has incorporated additional automation and intelligence elements, putting each team's comprehensive innovation capabilities in robot design, visual recognition, and tactical strategies to a thorough test. The Jiangsu Station attracted a total of 30 university teams from across the country, including renowned powerhouses such as Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Southeast University, and Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
The NJUPT Potential team was established and is mentored by the Engineering Experimental Teaching Department, which has provided solid support in terms of venue, equipment, and technical assistance. Since the competition rules were released in October 2025, team members have been overcoming technical challenges through high-intensity training. With outstanding robot performance and teamwork, they delivered prize-winning performances on the field.
