From December 29 to 31, 2025, the Annual Conference of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association's Committee for International Student Education Management and Research was held in Nanjing. Focusing on the high-quality development of international student education in Jiangsu Province, the conference conducted in-depth analysis of the new situation and tasks in the field, and focused on discussions on high-quality development, enrollment, teaching, management and other aspects of it. During the conference, awards for international student education were presented, and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT) was appraised as an Outstanding Institution for International Student Education in Jiangsu Province for 2025.

During the keynote report session, NJUPT delivered a sharing speech titled Upholding Integrity and Innovation, Focusing on Connotative Development — Exploration of the Ecological Construction and Development Path of International Student Teaching in the New Era. In response to the new situation of international student education, the university has upheld its fundamental principles while promoting innovation and connotative development. It has built a healthy, sustainable, and high-quality new ecosystem for international student teaching, continuously improving the quality of international student cultivation. These efforts have enhanced the reputations of both the Study in Jiangsu and Study at NJUPT brands, contributing to the overall cause of educational opening-up.

Deputy Dean Pu Yong of NJUPT’s College of Overseas Education delivered a keynote report at the conference.
At the award ceremony, NJUPT was presented with the Excellent Organization Award of the 2025 Teaching Demonstration Competition for International Students in Jiangsu Universities. Four teachers who won the Special Prize — Wang Wei (School of Communication and Information Engineering), Yin Jian (School of Foreign Languages), Wang Jingxiong (School of Foreign Languages), and Xu Xia (School of Management) — received their awards on stage.
