Jing Xuan: Member of NJUPT Standing Committee of CPC Vice President of NJUPT, Master Tutor
Professor Jing Xuan,of theHan ethnic group, was born in Pingdu,Shandong in November 1971, and is a member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., Researcher, Master Tutor.
In 1996, Professor Jing graduated from the School of Economics and Law of Nanjing Normal University with a bachelor's degree in law. And then a master's degree in the same major from his Alma Mater. In 2017, he graduated from the School of Public Administration of Nanjing Agricultural University with a doctorate in management.
He embarked on his career in August 1996, serving successively as the Student Counselor of the School of Computer Science of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Deputy Secretary of the Sub-Committee, the Secretary of the Sub-Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Optoelectronic Engineering, the Deputy Director of the Development Committee Office, the Deputy General Manager of the Logistics Service Group (presiding), and the General Manager of the Logistics Service Group. , Director of Student Affairs Department (Department) Department and Director of Admissions and Employment Guidance Office, Director of Student Affairs Department (Department) Department, Minister of People's Armed Forces, Director of Admissions Office, Director of Graduate Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Office, Director of Party Committee Office Director of the Principal's Office and Director of the Alumni Association Office, and Director of the Office of the Confidentiality Commission. He is also a council member, executive director and vice chairman of the Jiangsu Communication Society, a director, executive director and deputy director of the Jiangsu Communication Industry Association.
He has long been engaged in the teaching of and research into higher education management, network and information security law, and social governance and security strategy theory. He enjoyed numerous honorary titles such as Excellent Communist Party Member in Jiangsu Province and Outstanding Instructor of Jiangsu University Students' Social Practice Activities. Meanwhile, he presided over or participated in the Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund, the Provincial Planning Project of Educational Science, Humanities and Social Sciences Project arranged by the Ministry of Education, and University Philosophy and Social Science Projectorganized by Provincial Education Department. He published more than ten papers in academic journals such as Jianghai Academic Journal, Xuehai, Learning and Exploration, Jiangsu Higher Education and won the second prize of the Higher Education Teaching Achievements of Jiangsu Province and the third prize of the outstanding achievements of Jiangsu Higher Education Research.
